IP posture

Two filed patent families. Separate markets. Shared control-plane doctrine.

IVD-N and IVD-ACP address different technical surfaces and different buyer problems. Their strategic connection is earlier, bounded control: before distributed traffic converges and before external influence becomes trusted execution.

IVD-N Patent Family

U.S. Application No. 19/458,205

Filed January 23, 2026

Illustrative scope: invariant-vector detection, macro-object synthesis, bounded upstream mitigation, service-aware relief, and control-plane coordination.

In plain terms: this application protects the method of converting distributed network attacks into bounded control-plane decisions. The attacker controls volume; the defender's response stays small and stable. The mechanism is upstream pattern extraction, macro-object synthesis, and Border Gateway Protocol Flow Specification (BGP FlowSpec) coordination at the routing fabric.

IVD-ACP

U.S. Application No. 19/456,364

Filed January 21, 2026

Illustrative scope: pre-index and pre-execution admissibility control, execution-boundary enforcement, authority-state assignment, quarantine, replay, and system-external decision control.

In plain terms: this application protects the method of evaluating actions before execution and assigning bounded authority states (ALLOW, READ_ONLY, SANDBOX, QUARANTINE, REJECT) with explicit policy limits. It applies to software packages, AI agent actions, scripts, and administrative commands. Trust based on origin is replaced with admissibility based on structure.

Priority Foundation

November 2025 provisional filing.

Both applications descend from a single November 2025 provisional filing that anchors the priority chain. The provisional remains the priority document of record.

Patent status and validation status are separate. Patent filings describe protected technical scope; controlled evidence summaries describe what has been tested within limited environments.

Strategic Value

Two commercialization surfaces without forcing one buyer motion.

IVD-N is relevant to carriers, hosting providers, DDoS and routing vendors, utilities, critical infrastructure, and federal environments. IVD-ACP is relevant to AI platforms, SaaS providers, cloud and automation vendors, regulated enterprises, and software-supply-chain operators.

The products can be evaluated, licensed, integrated, or commercialized independently while sharing architectural doctrine, policy discipline, evidence infrastructure, and patent strategy.

Platform and Transaction Fit

Direct product value plus potential OEM and defensive value.

The filings support direct deployment and design-partner pathways, potential embedded or adjacent-product licensing, and strategic review by established network-security, AI-security, cloud, routing, and automation platforms.

Pending applications are not issued patents. Claim scope remains subject to examination, and these public summaries do not define or limit the claims under review.
